Along with the World Builder, released in the There is Only War update last week, Relic is offering modders access to SCAR.
SCAR, otherwise known as 'Scripting At Relic' is what the development team uses to create scenarios and rules in Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II. Giving you all you need to create your own custom mod!
